Police appeal for witnesses after Motorcyclist injured in serious collision
Police are appealing for witnesses to a single-vehicle collision at Lee Moor, Plymouth, on Thursday 10 August, which left a motorcyclist with life-changing injuries.
Emergency services were called at 6.15pm after the collision involving a red Yamaha motorcycle on the B3417.
The rider, a 20-year-old man from Plymouth, suffered life-changing spinal injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital by ambulance.
Local officers as well as officers from the Roads Policing Team and Serious Collison Investigation Unit attended the scene. The road was closed for eight hours for an examination of the scene to take place.
